World Tapas Day

Sorry if you were looking for the answer to Sunday's challenge. I know it's normally published on Tuesdays, but this week Tuesday is World Tapas Day. So the answer will be published Thursday.

Tapas are so accessible here in Vilanova, and usually quite cheap, with most bars offering a selection. You can even wander from bar to bar sampling the tapas while imbibing the local wines and beers etc.

Some of my favourite tapas are:

• Patatas Bravas

• Pimientos del Padron

• Champiñones

• Tortilla de patatas

• Croquetas

• Olivas

• Pan tomate

(Obviously all meat free)
