Saint Jane's Day

Today is Saint Jane's Day, so to my very special sister in law I send felicitaciones for today.

Here in Spain the Saint's Day with whom you share a name is celebrated like a second birthday. So Old Thing, pop the kettle on and pour yourself a special cuppa, and grab your favourite biscuit to dunk and take a moment of celebration for you. ❤️❤️❤️

Jane Frances de Chantal was a French Catholic widow and nun who was beatified in 1751 and canonized in 1767

Saint Jane is the patron saint of forgotten people, widows, and parents who are separated from their children.
