One of the guests currently staying at TdM is in a wheelchair, and of course it would be during their stay that the lift broke down.
This morning I got a message from the guests telling me it wasn't working, and asking what should they do.
I called the building president who said that the lift company had already been called. Luckily they were there very quickly and the lift was working again in no time - in fact under an hour.
Normally it's not a problem as the apartment is on the first floor, but of course it is a problem for disabled guests. Still, no damage done and they were very accepting of the situation thank goodness.
