Have you ever wondered about the strange building in the middle of the Placa mediterránea?

It was once part of the huge Pirelli factory and contained the cauldrons. When the site was redeveloped it was decided to keep this part.

The council are now discussing with the areas of Baixa Mar and Ribes Roges what to do with it.

The plan is to give it some kind of social use for the residents of these barrios, but as yet quite what thar will be is undecided.
