Today I'm sending birthday wishes to someone I've not seen for around 30 years, but will be seeing once more in September.

Happy Birthday Ailish

Around 30 years ago we worked together in the Metropole Hotel in London, then lost touch as Ailish returned to Ireland, and I eventualy moved here. But this September she and 3 other women I used to work with will be coming to stay at TdM.

Unfortunately I have no photos of us back then (it was the days before mobile phones) but hope Ailish will be OK with me stealing her profile photo off FB...

I really look forward to seeing you again and catching up... and deffo getting a few photos.
