Happy Birthday

Today I am sending out best Birthday wishes to a most wonderful friend - Michael.

Although Michael is going through a particularly tough time himself at the moment we regularly 'talk' and I am immensely inspired by him and his ability to keep going.

We met over 20 years ago when I used to run a men's group in East London, and have remained firm friends since.
