Happy Birthday

Today I'm sending out best wishes to another very dear friend with whom I used to work at the Metropole Hotel in London 30ish years ago. Her amazing smile and laugh are well settled in my happy memories bank.

It's been a while since we've met in person, but we're in regular contact on FB etc., so I don't have any recent photos, but have stolen this one of her with her lovely hubby Colin from her page, for which I hope she'll forgive me.

Christine has been an amazing supporter of our charity fund, making regular generous donations for which I am truly grateful.

And here's one of us from back in the day, off to the hotel's annual staff party if my memory serves well (which it so often doesn't).
