Hopefully all you'd need is sunburn creams, mosquito repellents or bite relievers, but they have everything you could need and many medications are available over the counter with the pharmacists' advice, that would need a prescription in the UK.

And don't worry about your faltering Spanish, at least a couple of the pharmacists speak English, I should know, I taught one of them, so they can answer most of your questions should you have any.

During the summer they are open all day 8.30 to 8.30 from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings.
