Drain awareness

To encourage people not to use the drains as letter bins a group of local students have been trying to raise awareness, and so people doing their rubbish down the grills, especially cigarette butts which take ages to destroy... here are some of their removers spray painted by the drain inlets...

What you throw in here, ends up inside you...

Hopefully it will stop people using these as bins or ashtrays.
