Since becoming vegan recently, after over 35 years of vegetarianism I have been trying out some new places to eat, and compared to just a few years ago things are so much better.

So last weekend with my lovely friend Laia we went to Dosa Nova in Sitges..

As an aperitif they served us a glass of Ginger Beer, a drink I had been longing for for some time, and had just got ax recipe off a childhood friend to make my own, so this was a rare treat.

The food was exceptional, including the first really spicy chutney I have had since living here that I didn't make myself, Dosas- which are similar to crepes,

and a tasting plate for dessert that was delicious.

100% would recommend, no matter your dietary preference.
