Dogs on trains

Dogs have always been allowed in local trains but now Renfe will carry out a pilot test for dogs up to 40 kilos to travel with AVE-Long Distance trains. The test will take place from September 13, for three months, on trains on the line between Barcelona and Madrid. One large dog per passengerwill be allowed with a maximum of two large dogs per train, in a single car and always in a fixed space of two specific seats. Assistance dogs and pets under 10 kilos on board, which will continue to comply with current regulations, will be excluded.

Maybe Franki and I could have a short break ... although I'm wondering if he really needs one...
