Dog Days
Spain is to introduce a new law which includes a mandatory training course for all dog owners.
As a dog owner I applaud this move to improve lives of dogs here, as it includes a ban on leaving dogs alone for more than 24 hours. I feel guilty when I leave mine for more than a few hours.
