Cream Tea Day

Yes, today is Cream Tea Day, so I may just celebrate by baking something...

Over the past few years I've made a fair few cakes, savouries, and sandwiches for our charity afternoon teas. Originally we served them at the apartment, but then when there were restrictions because if the pandemic we delivered them.

And it has been with the help of these lovely ladies that I have raised so much money for cancer research.
