Calle Caputxins
Did you recognise the floor of the street that runs parallel to the Rambla Principal, in this week's Sunday Challenge?

Calle Caputxins is probably the second most important street for shopping after the Rambla.
The street "Carrer dels Caputxins" is so called because of the convent which once stood in the area and disappeared when Josep Tomas Ventosa i Soler acquired the land with the law of confiscation of 1845. This allowed the lengthening of this shopping street.
Here you can find all kinds of shops from clothing to books and music stores, gourmet stores, cafes, and many shoe shops.
