Baffled

Once again I am baffled by guests comments and scores not matching.

Comment says comfortable, but only 7.5 scored for comfort, and they told me everything was perfect when they left. Without any other comments (which would have been helpful if I could improve on something) I can only assume it's the heat that made it less than a 10, but there's little I can do about that. Installing (and running) AC would be expensive, which would mean I'd need to increase the daily rate to make it viable, which no doubt I'd then get lower scores for value for money. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
