According to the radio, Catalunya has had the coldest temperatures on record this week. This I can confirm having just walked the dogs and froze my fingers. I can't remember it being so cold before, and the heating is on most of the day now, usually unheard of. Luckily TdM has the same system as I have at home and after a recent revision by a gas engineer it works fine.

As Storm Filomena sweeps across the whole country there are extreme weather warnings and snow expected in many areas. The Pyrenees are already well dusted in snow, and anyone who likes skiing in this area is well served at the moment.

And just to show you what it is really like here are some photos from my wonderful friend Karen, who lives in Riopar, South from here...

One step back

Last night movement was one again restricted to the Comarcas. It seems that the figures for covid have been rising since the easing before Easter, not really a surprise to anyone. Full details here..
