Rain

Yesterday an Orange weather warning was issued for Vilanova, with storms expected all day, disappointingly nothing gairebé until later into the evening when a fairly gentle storm hit town. It Then trained a lot of the night, and started again this morning around six. Finally after months of nothing we are getting a good downpour. O

The temperatures have dropped too, to a much more comfortable low 30s.

Its a bit sad for visitors, but for us locals it'sa day for celebration. Hopefully it'll set in for the day and our reservoirs will get a much needed boost, and I'm sure the fields will relish it and in a couple of days the green shoots will appear once more, everything has been so brown, even established trees have been struggling.
