Maoz

Yesterday I had another day trip to Barcelona, discovering some places I hadn't been before, and some old haunts.

And if you've not tried the falafel and the chips at Maoz on Carrer de Ferran, 13, I suggest it is truly worth a visit. We lunched there are came away stuffed with great food for less than €10 each.

They give you the falafel in a choice if pitta (white or wholemeal) or a bowl and you add your own salad ingredients and sauces.

And if you're looking for somewhere to get proper (uk style chippy) chips this is the place. I got some to take away and had them for dinner, and the portion size was more than generous.
