Yesterday I was sent to the hospital following a visit to my general doctor.  I ended up having a painful procedure on my knee resulting in a general lack of mobility, and a lot of pain. 

Luckily two good friends came to the rescue and did the "welcome shopping"  for the guests arriving today and helped out with their check in too. Without them in not sure what I would have done.

Hopefully normal service will be resumed next week after a few days recuperation and rest.  If not I may be looking for hemp again.  

Looks like I'll be missing out on this weekend's Festa Major too.
