Just this morning a friend and I were remarking just how hot it still is, and it's October already. The app on my phone says that it is around 26º this afternoon, now that'still a summer temperature in my mind.

The next couple of weeks look slightly cooler but still above 20º during the day, and still in the mid-teens at night. It seems it will still be a while before we need the winter duvets on the beds, or the central heating banging out heat.
