Vilanova i la Geltru is a great place to take a well priced break. Earlier this week I posted a link to the Town Hall site that lists all the activities going on in and around Vilanova, many of these are for free. There are also many walks in and around town, free guides to the local walks can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office, if they're not already in our information pack. We can even take you on a clifftop walk from Vilanova to Sitges, which takes around an hour and a half, or one through the Garraf park which an take around five hours. Vila-ova

On the first Sunday of every month the municipal museums in Vilanova also have free entry.

The Victor Balaguer museum is well worth visiting with its wonderful selection of art and exhibits. It is situated right beside the railway station.
