This weekend coming 3 - 5 June is the first of the bi-annual wine festivals in Vilanova.

Over the coming days stalls will be erected all along the main Rambla and in the larger squares of the town ready for Wine growers to share their wares and knowledge.

For all wine (and Cava) lovers the streets are the place to be over the weekend. Glasses are supplied and you simply buy vouchers that you can use on whichever stall you decide to try from.

Prices vary from stall to stall as does the generosity of the glassful you get. There are also some tapas to be enjoyed on some of the stalls.

Previous guests have visited this 'even't and have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the wine.
